What it is

The BRAVE Program offers free, self-paced online programs designed to help children and teenagers understand and manage different types of anxiety.

Based on evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques, the programs are designed to help you and/or your parent/carer identify, understand, and change your thoughts and behaviour patterns so you can improve the way you feel.

Each session takes between 20 to 60 minutes to complete and features interactive activities to guide your progress, helping you to develop skills to turn your troubles into triumphs.

Who it's for

BRAVE was developed for children and teenagers who'd like help with overcoming social worries, anxiety about separating from loved ones, fears of specific objects or situations (e.g. dogs, needles, storms, darkness), worries about friendships, school performance or other every day worries.
