Suicide Call Back Service counsellors can help you:

  • Work through any distress you may be feeling
  • Ensure your own safety
  • Link you to other services in your community.

You can get a single counselling session without a referral. However, they also offer free multi-session counselling services to eligible callers on a needs and eligibility basis.
