What it is
ReachOut Forums offer a wide range of online 'spaces' for you to talk about or figure out whatever it is you might be going through.
Some of the most popular topics include:
- Anxiety
- Culture
- Depression
- Drugs and alcohol
- Family and home life
- Friendships and relationships
- Gender and identity
- School and early work life.
ReachOut also has forums for parents and carers to chat with each other about all parenting and explore issues their teens may be facing in a safe and supportive space.
Who it's for
ReachOut Forums are for Australian young people aged 14-25 and for parents and carers of teenagers.
The forums are monitored between 9am and 11pm weekdays and 10am to 11pm on weekends. If you’re not feeling the best, ReachOut recommends only posting in moderated hours.
