  • Phoenix Australia - Offers a range of information, factsheets and other self-help resources for people affected by trauma and for those supporting individuals who have been impacted.
  • PTSD Coach app - This free app is designed for veterans who have or may have PTSD. It provides useful resources about PTSD, information about professional care, a self-assessment for PTSD, opportunities to find support, and tools that can help users manage the stresses of daily life with PTSD. It's available for both iOS and Android. The app was developed by the US Department of Veterans Affairs, so some support options might only be relevant to the people living in the US.
