Relationships Australia provides a broad range of free or low-cost* relationship counselling, wellbeing programs, and online learning resources to individuals, couples, families, and organisations within Australia.
Depending on your location and the type of support you're looking for, Relationships Australia may suggest:
- Individual, couples, and family counselling
- Group workshops
- Family dispute resolution and mediation services
- Self-guided online courses
- Tailored programs such as Relationships NSW's 'Taking Responsibility: Men's Behaviour Change Program'.
* Many of Relationships Australia's services and programs are free. If a fee is required, they'll use a sliding scale to determine the cost based on your individual or family income.
Relationships Australia is not a crisis support service.
