What it is

MindDoc is a mental health monitoring and self-management app. The app prompts you to answer short questions up to three times per day about how you’re doing, and offers insights into things you can do to feel better.

The app also offers comprehensive courses on a range of wellbeing topics, which the app states are designed in collaboration with psychologists and mental health professionals.

Some features are free, but access to most courses require a paid subscription.

How it works

Over time, it uses your responses to detect patterns in your behaviour that might be affecting your wellbeing, and provides activities and exercises to help. Each two weeks, a new ‘assessment’ is generated with insights into your wellbeing, enabling you to monitor your feelings and any changes over time.
