What it is

The Body Pride Resource Hub is a free website from Butterfly that supports LGBTQIA+ people who might feel uncomfortable in their body or are going through challenges with eating or how they see themselves.

It includes:

  • Real stories: Videos and stories from LGBTQIA+ people sharing what they’ve been through
  • Let’s Talk podcast: Open conversations about body image, identity, and feeling okay in your body
  • Helpful tips: Ideas for managing social media, feeling better about yourself, and getting support
  • Easy-to-read info: Simple facts to help understand body image and eating challenges in queer and trans communities

This space is updated often and is made to feel safe, welcoming, and supportive for LGBTQIA+ people and anyone who wants to support them.
