  • Pounding heart
  • Shortness of breath
  • Rapid breathing
  • Nausea or stomach pain
  • Chest pain or discomfort
  • Feeling out of physical and/or emotional control
  • Sweating, shaking
  • Numbness, tingling
  • Dizziness or feeling faint.
