SANE supports people across Australia who are living with complex mental health issues like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD or personality disorders, as well as people with intellectual disability, autism, or acquired brain injury.
They offer free, trauma-informed digital and telehealth services, including:
- Counselling and peer support
- Real-time group chats and moderated online forums
- Mental health information, fact sheets, and real stories.
Their goal is to help people feel understood, supported and empowered to take the next step in their recovery, whatever that looks like.
