National Debt Helpline is a not-for-profit service that helps people with their debt problems. Their financial counsellors are qualified professionals who offer free, independent and confidential counselling to help you get your finances back under control.

They can also put you in touch with other services you require, such as legal services, crisis food and accommodation services, and health services.

You can call the National Debt Helpline on 1800 007 007 from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday or chat to a financial counsellor online from 9 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday.
