You can access resources and support for things like breastfeeding, sleep, nutrition, and baby settling, as well as mental health challenges such as stress, postnatal depression, and anxiety.

Tresillian is for parents and caregivers with newborns, babies, and children aged up to 3 years who'd like help with:

  • Parental mental health and emotional wellbeing
  • Infant, baby, and toddler mental health
  • Accessing cultural support
  • Understanding developmental needs and cues
  • Sleep and responsive settling
  • Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding
  • Introducing solids
  • Toddler behaviour.

Note: Tresiliian's Parent's Help Line can assist with queries relating to children aged up to five years.

    Tresillian Parent's Help Line (1300 272 736) operates 7 days a week between 7am and 11pm.

    • If they can't answer your call straight away, leave your name and contact number and they'll call you back within 72 hours. If life is in danger, call 000.
