What it is

Smiling Mind is a free web and app-based meditation program developed by psychologists and educators to help bring mindfulness into your life.

It includes a range of mindfulness programs for different goals, including for better sleep, to improve relationships, manage stress, study, digital detox and more.

The tool will ask you questions to assess which programs are best for you, and then offer a series of meditations based around your schedule to help.

Listen to meditations as guided by smooth and calming voices, or unguided if you wish.

Who is it for?

Smiling Mind is free for everyone in Australia, and has dedicated programs for adults, teens, kids, families, work and schools.

Smiling Mind includes a number of meditations in Indigenous Australian languages (Kriol, Ngaanyatjarra & Pitjantjatjara).

It’s great for people with different levels of exposure to meditation.
