What it is
Pave is a free app that supports young people who want to quit vaping. It was co-designed with people aged 14–24 who’ve been through it themselves, so it’s real, relatable, and made to meet you where you’re at.
Pave gives you small, daily check-ins and helpful tools to guide you along the way, including:
- Personalised tips: Advice that fits your journey, not someone else’s
- Progress tracking: See how far you’ve come and feel good about it
- Distraction tools: Quick ways to ride out cravings and keep your mind busy
- Goal setting: Set intentions each day to stay on track
- Savings calculator: See how much you’re saving by not vaping
- Daily reflections: Check in with yourself and your progress
- Connection to support: A direct line to Quitline if you want to talk to someone
Pave doesn’t pressure you. It’s there to support you with tools, encouragement, and space to make choices that feel right for you.
