What it is
InsideOut Digital Therapies offers free, evidence-based online programs to support Australians aged 16+ who are struggling with thoughts, behaviours, or feelings around binge eating.
Sessions are highly interactive, featuring therapy videos, psychoeducation, personal stories, and activities. As you work through the modules, you can self-monitor, plan meals, and set goals using InsideOut’s Toolbox app.
Current programs include:
- Binge eating eTherapy (BEeT)
The BEeT program offers 10 self-paced cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) sessions designed to help you develop skills to manage binge eating and feel more confident in your relationship with food.
This program might suit you if you:
- Feel a loss of control over your eating
- Worry about your weight, shape, or eating habits
- Experience guilt, embarrassment, or distress related to eating
- Are ready to take steps toward positive change.
- Brief binge eating eTherapy (Brief BEeT)
