Crisis Supporter Focus

About Lifeline Ballarat

  • We provide confidential 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services through the national 13 11 14 phone line.

More than 3000 calls are answered nationally each day, which is roughly one call every 30 seconds. Each year Lifeline Ballarat’s Crisis Supporters answer more than 10,000 of these calls.

We also support the local community through education, training and participation in community events.

The Lifeline Ballarat Centre is proudly operated by Uniting Vic Tas.
