What they do

SANE provides free, trauma-informed digital and telehealth mental health support for people aged 18+, including:

  • 24/7 peer support via their moderated online Forums
  • Online community events and activities
  • Mental health resources, including factsheets, webinars and lived experience stories

SANE supports people to feel understood, supported and empowered to take the next step in recovery, whatever that looks like.
